The energy that exists and flows within all things. One confronts the impact before it occurs and one understands what happens next was based on a reaction. The flow of energy will always be free and go where it is needed most. An invisible power that affects our daily lives even when we refuse to notice our individual choices. Something as simple as the red dress you decided to wear to work today that made you receive so many compliments and gave you that extra boost of confidence you needed to power yourself through the day, that somehow ended up being stronger than that double shot espresso latte you got this morning. Energy is an emotion, it is conscious and it is the breath of fresh air you receive daily.  If you can master karma you can master anything in life, just do not let the mastery consume you.
